It was the invitation to the mountains and the promise of blue bird skies that did it. Well, also, that it was my little sister this time. My little sister and her Connor. Nothing better than winding up the mountains bordering Denver to find a perfect spot to wander and capture this time for them. The time of knowing that this is it.

There were pathways and pungent smells of pine and morning air. Lake views, small towns, a little shopping, but mostly just quiet intermixed with laughter and random jokes as we walked and hiked.

Connor and Lachelle are the definition of fun and generous, care free and thoughtful.
